Kal Tire is a franchised business comprises retail tire sales for passenger and light truck vehicles, mechanical services for passenger and light trucks, commercial truck tires, mining and off-road sales and service and retreading of both commercial and off-road tires. This case study focuses on Kal Tire’s BC location (Fort St John Kal) and Manager Sapp Robert’s experience with vehicle inspections.
The need for digital Inspection Solution
Before having a solution like HVI, Kal Tire, Fort St John Kal branch managed vehicle inspection using spreadsheets, which was unorganized and difficult to track. One of the company’s biggest challenges was that to keep forms clean & legible. Also every time they that has to make sure that new inspection forms are available with changes.
